Fifa World Cup 2006 va fi si pe PC. AM aici un articol gasit pe fifa-mra:

Further to the great news released earlier this week by EA Sports at their US FIFA 06 website regarding that soccer fans worldwide will soon be able to take part in the excitement of the world's greatest sporting event in the only official videogame of the 2006 FIFA World Cup?.

There was a query over whether the game would be released on the PC, as the US website made no reference to it. We have now had it confirmed by EA Sports Spain that the game will also be released on the PC.

So the following is now confirmed:

Release date: April 28th, 2006

Astea sunt vesti bune.Din cauza ca se cheama FIFA Road to World Cup inseamna ca o sa fie si Romania ca altfel nu cred car mai interesa pe cineva desi cred ca daca nu ar fi Romania ar interveni baietii de la Fifa Romania si ar face un patch. :D

The game is announced for these formats: Xbox 360, Xbox, Playstation 2, Game Cube, Playstation Portable, Nindendo DS, Game Boy Advanced and mobiles. You can see that the PC version is missing in this list, though I can't imagine that this game will only be released of consoles - it would be the very first time since "France 98". Let's hope the best! :angry:

Oricum patch pentru Romania va trebiu facut pentru ca nu am chef sa joc cu Marius Niculae , Rosu si Jerry Gane. Poate ca il baga si pe Ganea , ca am auzit ca se retrage anul asta. Macar sa fie fotbalist virtual , daca pe teren nu mai joaca.

Da voi credeti ca World Cup o sa fie diferit de Fifa 06?Sincer sa fiu la Uefa CL mi-au placut acele cinematics-uri cand erau aratati antrenorii in diferite ipostaze,de nervi sau bucurie.Poate pe asta ar trebui sa se axeze mai mult cei de la EA.

In mod normal ar trebui sa apara si pe Pc! Nu vad de ce s-ar lansa numai pe console, din moment ce utilizatori de Pc-uri sunt foarte multi! Sa ne gandim numai din punct de vedere financiar cam care ar fi pierderile celor de la Ea daca n-ar utiliza si optiunea de Pc! Asa ca, putem spera intr-o calificare, macar virtuala a Romaniei! :P
